Each order is carefully prepared in our workshop, rigorously packed, and then shipped as quickly as possible.

Delivery areas.

We currently deliver to:

  • Metropolitan France.
  • Overseas departments and territories (depending on destination).
  • European Union (depending on destination).
  • International (depending on destination).

If you think your country is not yet covered, do not hesitate to contact us to confirm.

Processing and shipping times.

  • Order preparation: within 5 business days after payment validation.
  • Shipping: by Colissimo for metropolitan France or any other competent carriers for other countries.
  • Estimated delivery times: 3 to 21 business days depending on your place of residence and the chosen carrier.

A tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as the package is shipped.

Shipping fees.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at the order stage based on:

  • The destination country.
  • Of the total weight of the package.
  • Of the selected carrier.

All fees are clearly displayed before payment.

Packaging & security.

All our knives are:

  • Individually protected in a case or a cardboard box.
  • Packaged in a rigid and sober box.
  • Secured to withstand handling during transport.

Returns & right of withdrawal.

In accordance with French law, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, except for personalized products.

Conditions:

  • The product must not have been used or damaged
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error or defect on our part

Once the return is received and validated, the refund is made within 15 business days.

Damaged product or order error.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours at coutellerie.ergot@gmail.com
  2. Attach a photo of the package and the product along with an explanation
  3. We will cover the return costs and proceed with a quick exchange or refund
