1. 3D printed sintered steel
Steel obtained by 3D printing of metal powder pre-welded by a powerful laser and then heated to full fusion.

2. Maraging steel (Maracier)
A high-performance steel used in aeronautics. It combines high strength and low wear, ideal for thin and durable blades.

3. Super-stainless steel (Duracier)
A modified stainless steel to offer extreme corrosion resistance while maintaining very good edge retention. Perfect for everyday kitchen use.

4. San-mai steel
An ancient Japanese technique consisting of embedding a hard core (hard steel) between two layers of softer steel.

5. Damascus steel
Damascus steel is a mixture of several steels folded and welded together at high temperature, forming unique wavy or swirling patterns on the blade.
This technique allows combining the hardness of a sharp steel with the flexibility of a softer steel, for a blade that is both robust, shock-resistant, and with a durable edge.

6. Powder metallurgy
Innovative manufacturing method where steel is created from powder of different elements. This allows for purer materials with superior mechanical properties.

7. Quenching
Heat treatment that involves heating and then rapidly cooling the steel. This enhances its hardness and ability to maintain a durable edge.

8. Hardness (HRC)
Measure of a steel's resistance to deformation. The higher the HRC value, the harder and longer-lasting the knife is. Our knives reach between 58 and 64 HRC depending on the models.

9. Metal 3D Printing
Additive manufacturing process where a metal powder is fused layer by layer with a laser. This allows for custom blades with perfect geometry.

10. Plastic 3D Printing
Printing method based on melted plastic filament. It is used for prototypes, aesthetic parts, or custom handles.

11. Laser Sintering
Key step in metal 3D printing: a laser heats the powder to weld it firmly without completely melting it. This results in a solid, compact, and precise part.

12. Cerakote Coating
Ultra-thin ceramic treatment applied to the blade. It offers maximum protection against corrosion and scratches, while adding a touch of subtle and matte color.

13. Satin Finish
The blade is polished to achieve a soft, matte, and silky appearance. An elegant finish that effectively hides everyday micro-scratches.

14. Mirror Polished
Ultra-bright finish achieved through intensive polishing. It gives the blade a spectacular mirror effect, reflecting excellence and attention to every detail.
